Thanks for the info you provided, the weight of the battery on the website has to be a typo. The battery probably weighs 115 grams in my opinion. But I should heed your warning and start with a smaller 3 cell first and see what I think. I have a vented canopy and aftermarket motors with no heat sinks as the xtreme motors don't get hot like the stock ones do. I am not really worried about heat as my heli runs efficiently and cool, but obviously when I try a 3 cell, I want to see if I am happy with the power first and then for the first few runs only run it for 2 to 4 minutes and see how things are holding up. No need to go balls to the walls for 12 minutes straight and low and behold see my 4 in 1 having a smoke. I'll look for a smaller mega pack replacement for the cp pro and get that one for now. Again thanks for your detailed little story, I love reading that stuff.
