Havin a lil problem setting the Phoenix Simulator up with my CX-2 TX as I'm not sure what control sposed to do wat on CP's

So far I got

LEFT STICK up and down - Throttle
LEFT STICK left and right - Rudder
RIGHT STICK up and down - Elevator
RIGHT STICK left and right - Collective Pich and Aileon/Roll

Prob I'm having is heli goes forward and back ok but side to side it kinda looks like it's doing what it sposed to with the right input and crashes to the ground with I apply left.

I'm sure I have the last control setup wrong. Any ideas
