RE: Incredible Hobby Shop Finds
It's not new, but it is in the package with spare gaskets, screws etc. wrapped in paper. I haven't pulled it out to look at all the stuff as I didn't have time (needed to make flights and connections to get back to Detroit, then it was 'off to work again'). There are a few marks on the case and it's stuck from age-apart from that the motor is low time and has great looking anodizing. This past year a revelation hit me that I really don't want to "collect" anymore and only buy engines I will fly, so this one will go off to Ebay or whatever to fund more Norvels and maybe a Profi .049/.06. I'm up to nearly a dozen just this year alone-I consider these purchases to be buying for the rest of my life, hence the high numbers.
But yeah, I got out of there like I owed the shop keeper Malt Liqour Money!
Well, off to the bank to get $$ for the new-in-sealed-blister-packaging early "Northern Velocity" Norvel .049RC BigMig.
