matt, i made my pipe. good old fashioned shimstock, and my local luke afb metals tech shop. we made templates to jc spec and wrapped the stock around them, overlapping by 1/4inch. It is a dual walled pipe. When ground checked, the pipe ran remarkably cool, the inner at the engine was 400 degrees or so, and the tail around 300. the outer was 90 degrees. We used the ejector action, and its cool, oh yeah we made a bypass too, it all is gr8. Nick
