What flap problem with elevator???? Almost no pitch changes when applying flaps. Very stable and slows down nicelly with them. Only thing you do not want to let the nose go in a negative AOA if going to slow or it will be dificult to make it come back up again. But it is a minor thing.

Check the video of my F-4, on both landings you see elevator is still very efective.
