Nah, the Mini Pulse XT will practically stop moving forward in flight, with a headwind and permit you to harrier to a SLOOOOW landing.

With no wind headwind it is docile when landing, tracks well at takeoff, and will keep your interest when in the air.

Just be sure to start out with the low rates ( note you want more control over the rudder in case of take-off yaw ).

You should have no problems with it.

A very nice plane... just make sure that you put in an engine LARGER than what E-Flite tells you to use.

I put in an E-Flite 480 and this is perfect IMHO.

DO NOT use the E-Flite ESC though... get someone else's...

Except for the "Pro" ESC's the E-Flite ESC's cannot handle the load from the servos and tend to cut out at the worst time!

The "Pro" versions are said to cure this, at a premium price.
