Looking at Horizon site this is what it says about the Tango:

"The Tango 40 ARF from Hangar 9 is a .40-size airplane capable of sport and 3D performance. Because of the stability provided by the high wing placement, the Tango is an excellent, unintimidating fun flyer."

Sounds like it might be fun to me. "3D performance" doesn't sound like it's targeting or trying to compete with the profile type planes.
