You are correct, it is a Graupner Gracia. I own three, one built by my father in the mid 60's, one I am now building and also a brand new in box purchased on Ebay a few years ago. (Not for sale) A few months ago I sailed my father's and have to say it is a great model.
The model was first sold by Graupner in 1965 or 1966. They were originally fitted with non proportional Grundig Variophon / Varioton radios sold by Grauper. The model came with a rudder servo and a sail winch. There was a set of fittings that you had to purchase separately from the model, which included the hardware and other deck accessories. (The hardware in your model is not the original Graupner hardware) The keel ballast is steel and came in a separate box.
