No one seems to have noticed that in the original post this person clearly stated they weren't going to be doing aerobatics. I have flown an 8.5 pound plane on a TT .46 and it flew exactly as intended. Slow, gentle, and on the wing. I set this plane up this way intentionally. I was having problems with doing things I wasn't really ready for with my better powered planes and they were getting wrecked alot. This gave me a plane that I wasn't likely to crash as I knew it wasn't capable of much more than just flying around. With that Stick, you won't be able to loop, roll or do anything else without a lot of altitude. If you fly it as stated in your original post you should have no problems.
