RE: Hitec servos
I've used a number of the 322s. They're about the best $10 standard you'll find. And with the Karbonite gears are worth twice the price. Composite gears are appreciably stronger than nylon, which is found in most $10 gears.
Just a suggestion, but you might also look at the HS475s for value and performance. They're about half again stronger than most of the other standards in torque. They also have Karbonite gears so are more durable too. And only about $16 each.
Hitecs are just about the only servos I've bought in the last year. No other mfg. seems as interested in their servos as Hitec. For example, the HS225 and the HS475.
