My Top Flite Cessna 182 is all scaled out and weighs in at a tad over 14 pounds with a Magnum 91 four stroke and a 14X6 Master airscrew K series. It needs full throttle to get off the ground, but once airborned, I normally put around at 1/3 -1/2 throttle. Any faster, it wouldn't look scale.

You will be fine, it will fly it, but not the way a stick is meant to be flown. Maybe prop that engine for thrust, like a 15X4 or something. My 2 cents.
