I am curious why you ask this question... All of the online hobby retailers here in the US that I have dealt with are reputable and generally do a pretty good job of satisfying the customer. I do online orders from Tower, Horizon, Central Hobbies, Chief Aircraft, Quantum Models, Hobby Lobby, FMA Direct, etc...
