Default Carf Integral trimming thread

Hi,

I thought; since we already have this great building thread, i would like to start a trimming thread , so we all can shear our experience ...

In the past, i have been a kind of unpatient with this issue. I have started with the FAI P-schedules with planes that was not properly set ... There`s a lot "for-free" if things are done right for your likings ... So now i will spend a lot more time for this and try to find the compromise that i like.

Well, i have just started to fly my Integral , and now i have been driving shuttle between my home and the flying field for testing and adjustment`s ...

The CG is set at 185cm, and i feel it is very close to my liking. I will play a little more with it , but i feel it is close enough to continue the basic testing`s ...

The first thing that had to be solved was the sidethrust. After several adjustments ( relocation of the engine mount) i ended up with 4 deg ... (The molded angle in the nose is measured to 2 deg) in other words twice the thrust. A great amount i must say, but now it is ok.
Personally i do not like to mix this kind of fault electronically , cause sometimes this faulty sidethrust give some "side-effect" also. So; as a bonus for the corrected sidethrust , the rudder to elevator couplings almost dissapeard! . There are still some small corrections to be done, but now it is "within limit". Anyway,It`s fine when one problem solve the other ...

This is as far have i get, and next i will continue with the basic setup , and then the F-1 setup for the P-09 schedules.
