I think the Stout Air Pullmans before ford bought them had coventional windscreens, I just checked but I couldn,t find a picture. There were probably quite a few examples of the forward rake window. The last American Fokker airliner the F-32 four engines in push/pull nacelles did have the most striking example of this canopy though. I think only one or two built and the last one ending its days as a gas station on Wilshire Blvd in L.A.
