It might be Econokote, which is made by Top Flite as well, and is sold alongside Monokote in Tower's catalogue. Econokote is low temp stuff and not the same quality covering as regular Monokote. Ultracote does the layer seperation stuff badly too for whoever asked up above, that's why I don't use it anymore.

I don't know for sure that this is the case, and I don't have one of the ARFs in question, just a theory as to what they could be calling Monokote, and sort of being true.
