i would have to agree with badazz, no rtf heli is able to fly out of the box, there is a lot of balancing, trimming and adjustments that need to be made (and checking for bent main rotor shafts heh) hardest part is learning how to do everything, which sucks....but once you learn it, you'll be able to set up any heli you get. plus you'll find out what you like and dont like about some helis than others.
