lets say you buy a brand new kit in the marketplace and have it shipped to you.
you receive it and imediatly you can see it is no longer in the original box and then to beat all it is a composite plane in a single sided heavy gauge cardboard box only filled with peanuts and parts such as wings stacked on top of the fuse.
needless to say almost every peice is damaged and i am interested how you guys would see this being handled,buy the way it was shipped ups and supposedly insured by the shipper/ seller for the full amount , but the pack job was so poor i don't see ups being on the hook for it .
how far would you let go? without going into nasty mode?[:@]
