If it came direct from manufacturer, then speak to them first off.
If from agent, then again them first.
When I received my Rafale Kit from X-Treme Jets the biggest problem was getting it out of the packaging, it was so well wrapped up.
And impossible to get back into the box.
It took several hours to unpack the lot it was so well done.
