After getting into rc cars and then rc planes, i find myself wanting to get into rc boats. Looking around for some, i stumbled upon the apache catameran by proboat. this seems the perfect solution for me as its not too expensive, fast, and is made by a reputable company. What i was wondering though is a) is it even out yet? b) does it live up to the expectations (is it any good) and c) would it be possible to drop a speed 700 motor with 8 cells into it with stock electronics and about how fast would you think it would go with that setup. Oh also how does the proboat shockwave 26 compare to this in terms of speed/handling? thanks.
