For steering: 150-200oz torque / .10-.15sec speed
For throttle: 100-130oz-torque / .10-.13sec speed

I use hitec 5985 172oz/.13sec for steering
Ko propo 2001 FET 100oz/ 0.08sec for throttle.

Just a note: the ko seems to be the same speed with the hitec when on the car...this is because it doesn't spin freely any more...it's hocked up on the brakes and throttle.

In my opinion torque is more important but make sure you are lower than .15 in speed.
