I might try this out. Would duct tape be good or is it to heavy?
ive often looked at my duct tape roll and thought man i would be easier to just use that instead of going around and around with the small stuff,,,,
but actually i never tried it ---doesnt seem to me that it would be that much heavier,,i would super glue the ends though because the tape i use actually is battery tape made for wolf motor sports (out of business now),,,it says on the tape SUPER STICKY AND SUPER strong
and it is real sticky,,,,i would suggest using expensive duct tape if you do ......
THIS works for on-road and off road tires,,,,buggy monster ...whatever...
the most important thing is to denature alchohol everything very well ,,it really helps making that glue stick
if you have a extra axle carrier and axle stubb keep it around your tool box and every know and then check the balance...
also make sure to clean and oil the bearing in the carrier so the the tire spins freely ....
when your tires are done this way and your balanced ,,,man its like gaining 10 mph,,,i swear your vehicle launches like a bullet..
no flex at all no balloon,,,,no railing on straight aways...
