I am glad you feel the same way about the wooden stand-offs. Regarding the 10-24 all-thread I would reconsider it. First, the size is not adequate for this motor size. Secondly all-thread normally is soft steel not high grade tool steel a good machine bolt is made from. Go to the hardware store and get four black 1/4-20 SHCS with self locking nuts. That's what you need for this motor.
