Default Evo Needle valves

For those of you that have the Evo Motors, what cure is there for the needle valves backing out on the rich side. I have two that does the same thing. A 46 and a 1.00. I am pretty much satisfied with performance and such but this little problem keeps them from being a great engine. I know I could buy another brand of engine but I am sure someone on the board here has come up with a fix for this problem. Any help appreciated.

Thanks
