Try this question over in the aerodynamics forum.
The MH series for flying wings could be a place to start. http://www.mh-aerotools.de/airfoils/index.htm
Also many deltas have been using symmetrical profiles ala the naca 00XX series.
I had a Balsacraft Rapier that was totally symmetrical, and a good flyer.
