TSA Security is a joke-hamburger flippers to security specialist in a few short weeks, there is no consistent patterns which is good I guess but it is more like mass confusion than a level of professionalism-I went thru the security line at STL four times after a flight cancellation with a delay of eight hours, had one carry on bag and the bag contained one large aerosol deoderant and a 16 oz water bottle that had never been open-it was not confiscated until the forth pass-I was not aware that deoderant in large cans were prohibited which is my fault and I was not trying the system just did not read the instructions. But I wonder what the screeners will say about rc models-it will be ok in some airports with some screeners but not ok with some other screener- but watch out if you have a connection you may have to leave your bird behind-I have seen first hand if you try to discuss this with the screener-they take any discussion as a threat and hide behind the excuse of "FOR THE TRAVELING PUBLIC SAFETY" -if they get excited about deoderant cans and water bottles they probaly will be ORGASMIC about rc transmitters and recievers
