I have the RTF version. I don't know what comes with the arf version but this is as much as I can help:

Receiver
Radio
Foam safe CA (glue) or two sided tape(two sided tape is what the RTF fuse was put together with)
speed controller
three servos (micro)
flight battery
battery charger

You have some of those items and I would wait to see what comes with the one you get and check out the manual that comes with it. Hopefully it will refer to American parts.

The manual starting page 14 may help although it refers to parts found in other countries(maybe the UK, I don't know). See your local hobby shop.
