The ends are very solid even with the aluminum ends on it. You would have to feel it to see what I mean. Those ends are not bending unless I grab them with pliers and bend them myself. The thing I will have to see is how it holds up since there is no give really. I dont land hard at all mostly float it in or catch it. The problem I had was the gear bending backwards when I landed in the grass. I think it will do fine for now. If anything breaks I have another EDGE in the box ready to go.

I was going to use wire also but didnt have what I needed to try it out. I was going to copy the gear off the Aeroworks profile they have. That looks simple and easy, just to bad E-Flight didnt come up with that gear.
