The white fiberglass looking material is your CA hinges. You will need to cut them into 3/4"x1" pieces and then use them in the assembly as indicated in the instructions. This happens sometimes with ARF's like this. Instead of supplying pre-cut hinges they will simply put the whole sheet in. Who knows, low payed factory worker got lazy I guess.
