Its really hard to tell just from photos. I was leaning toward the one from taiwan, just because its not plain hardened steel, its carbon steel and it also included boots that will keep the joints clean.

But when I checked the price, its about twice from Hong Kong. They are probably both made in China, and how can you really tell if its just plain steele or carbon steele.

I have bought some items from hong kong too for my heli parts and they were not that bad. But sometimes you get what you pay for.

So If you dont mind taking a chance, then just get the one from hong kong, if its crap, you did not loose that much.
