Ok first of all the Hobbyzone Phantom is a three channel with no ailerons. 3d flight is impossible other than a struggling loop. This is a plane for beginners but you have to be carefull because the only 'left' or 'right' control is done with the rudder. This means if the plane banks too far and the wing tips too low the plane will crash. Oh and about that ACT system i haven't seen a single unit yet, it doesn't come with the airplane you have to purchase it seperate. It is ACT equipt means the sensors are the but the module that control the sensor is not. Another point is the the Phontom is a really small plane, any wind and it will get tossed around.

Be patient, wait for calm days and have fun. It's a good plane just don't expect it to do any 3d...it's a beginners parkflyer.
