Bipes all tend to do the same. Here is the mix I use in a knife edge:

Rudder Either direction mixed to -
Up Elevator
Opposite Aileron (opposite to the way it will want to roll)

This will also make your rudder turns very flat.

I also give a throttle to rudder mix to correct any thrust issues.
