Thanks missile, for the kind word...warrantee is unfortunately not an option...I bought it off of a friend.

In any case valuable lesson learned...

On a slightly different note, do you lube any of the plastic to plastic parts like the slide block?
I use LubriPlate all purpose super lubricant (GQ Electronics - but I'm sure I bought it locally) - has Lithium, and I've used it for over 25 years on my servos - I would apply it to the servo gears. Seems to work very well.
