Found out that yesterday evening. There is no issue with the valve. The problem is in the cilinders. Now I understand why people are so renitent about chinese retracts.

These never worked so should be replaced by seller.

they dont have to be bad..
most of the time , taking out the chinese grease and orings , replace them with decent ones and lubricate with teflon solves 99% of the trouble,s
