I believe the plane is a fiberglass version of Tony Bonetti's Troublemaker pattern ship. The fuselage shape and wing areas look right. This airplane is being kitted by Eureka models in an all balsa version.. I'm certain that getting a set of plans from them would help you out in build/finishing this plane.
