Ge a pair of needle nose pliers and put a small flare at teh end of the header. That way once you zip tie it the pipe wont slide off. Or clean everything off and try 2 zip ties. You may want to move the hole for the pipe a little closer to the header. Tha way when its tight it cant slide forward.
