Brian,
The pull pull is easy to set-up. Matter of fact, Jeff made it a point to explain in detail, how to set it all up in the instructions.

Look at the Sullivan line of ny-rods and pull pull cables. I think the yellow tubes you need are theirs. Definately use Morris' cable though. IMO its the best stuff thats out there for smaller planes. Ask Debbie at Morris how many times I have ordered 25' of it.
