There are a couple of weird things in the manual.

The pages go from 1~18, then from 15~28. Not sure if the Pull-Pull setup is lost in the shuffle...I had inst. for running the tubes and mounting the servos, but not any cable termination inst.

But I'm kinda resourceful, I was able to run the cables without much to-do about it all. And I think it came out OK

BRW can built a Japanese jigsaw puzzle with no instructions in a couple of days, I would have thought he could have tackled this. LOL
