The guys at Spektrum told me that anything under a 400 reading is okay. However the lower the number the better. As far as frame loss is concerned they said it will take 44 or so consecutive frame losses to equal one hold so even if you get 100 frame losses but no holds they were not consecutive and they say that is fine. All the instals that I have done have been around the same numbers.
