my carb on my Twoer .75 was fully seated, and still the engine would not shut down...............carb was bottomed out, and the carb neck has 2 O-rings.
my front bearing passed air like it was not sealed at all........still think this is a carb leak problem?

I wasn't addressing you in my post. If you look at the reply too: you will see that I was talking to Asmund. I thought maybe he could use some help from a guy who has had 8 of these engines and been around them more than just once. I've learned a lot of tricks on these engines. All engines have little issues that you need to get familiar with in order to get maximum enjoyment.

But, why the anger and animosity? "still think this is a carb leak problem?" There was no reason for that.
