when you say it's 1/2" or 3/4" are you talking 1/2" ID 3/4" OD tubing, cause the 1/2" OD that I looked at today looked WAY too flimsy to support a truck...

The pipe size is called 1/2"... should say 1/2" all over it. The OD of the tubing measures just over 3/4". The 1/2" stuff doesn't measure 1/2" anywhere.. not the ID or the OD... I have no idea where they get that measurement from!
