i havent heard to many complaints about shock towers breaking i race mine and have taken many tumbles with them and still havent broke. just be sure if you own an rc8 to use tire glue and run a bead of glue on the outside edge of the towers and all other carbon peices and they will probley never break. ive used carbon towers on my s3 for well over 2 years and they still havent broke.
