It's never too late to install those blind nuts.You can carefully cut the covering back to install them.You can drill the holes then glue the blind nut on to a piece of wire.Bend to fit back in there and get the bolt started.The glue won't hold to the wire.Yes, you will have to use a piece of covering to re-cover.No,it won't look like crap.After tacking it on,use a heat gun to finish it off.
I used the recommended Klett gear.3/4" wheel works perfect.My Dad thought his looked small too.He bought the 1" wheel and it too works perfect.I think his is a Sullivan or Du-Bro.
This is one fine aircraft.I love mine.It flys so nice and true.
