I think 19s should be fine, but i wouldn't go any lower than that. I have just heard from a buddy with an EX (he has 12 turn Trinity motors and a different ESC...he's the one that keeps sinking his) that 19 turns is also the limit for the stock ESC, so you *should* be good to go there as well!
