I don't know for sure which one is the signal and which side is the ground, but it wont matter, just hook up a servo and test it out to see if it moves, if it doesn't plug it in the other way, it wont ruin anything because of the way they are designed.
If you look on the back of the PCB the grounds are going to all be hooked together and are going to be one of the outside pins. Ground corresponds to the darker conductor on the servo, usually either brown or black.
