All of the beginner stuff I have found are things like, "how to pick a plane" or "get an instructor."

I want to know how to fly. For example, when I turn and bank the plane, it starts loosing altitude and heading in a curve for the ground. I know why it does this, but what it the maneuver to cope with it?

I'd like to find a website that talks about how to fly.
