you can read a book on how to ride a bicycle, but you're going to fall....
if you want to know how to fly, the best way is with an instructor....the 2nd best method is with a simulator.....the worst option is to get an airplane and go fly..it will be very expensive and frustrating to do it this way....
for right now go to your local flying field ask lots of questions and seek help there
