I don't have a VXL and have never bothered to read their warranty. But, if simply changing the connectors voids the warrant then I will NOT be buying the VXL stuff either. That's too much like Traxxas telling me what I have to use and that ain't gonna fly!

My Mamba system did not even come with connectors so I could choose what to use - Deans all around.
The adapter works great. I dont understand why you wouldnt buy the VXL if all they say is you cant change the connectors w/o voiding the warranty. I sent my VXL in for reprograming and traxxas had fast shipping and it was all done for free. The VXL system is the best brushless system Ive ever used.
