RE: where to fly?
If you are a good pilot you can fly it on windy days without issues,its fun doing stationary KE and such.
Make sure you know your battery run time,as you will need to power it in for landing.I have flown mine plenty of times where the wind would take if I set it down on the ground unattended.
If you are a low time pilot,fly very early or in the eve.Most places calm down then.
