Not sure what parts can be used in the SEVx from your SA. As for differences in V1 and V2, i would suggest looking at finless vid on the overview of the V2, basically as i understand it the differences are:
under-mount for gyro
bearings in the wash out arm
Thrust bearing in the grip
autorotation bearing (overrunning clutch) can be removed with screws and no special tools needed
fiberglass canopy
the 430xl motor is more powerful
BL35X esc has an extra function, Throttle response speed

I think that might be it... If you had the money go for the V2 anyday. It can be found for $420 if you look around, with motor,esc, and batt. It is a nice piece of kit.
