The Conquest series was designed by Dave Patrick. The one in the picture looks like either a III or IV version which he built in the early 90's. They flew the then fairly new turn around schedule very well. They were a little weak in rudder authority due to minimal side area in front of, and over, the wing. But, they flew very smooth. Yes, they are pretty fast, but not as fast as an Aurora or some of the other super sleek models of the time.
